Columbia County is pleased to release the draft Vision 2035 Comprehensive Plan Update for review and input to the public. Vision 2035 is a policy document that presents the community’s primary goals for achieving its vision for growth and development over the next 15 years. This draft plan has been formulated under the guidance of the public through input sessions held throughout the last year, an appointed Steering Committee representing all four districts and the County at large, as well as representatives from the Chamber of Commerce, Development Authority, Board of Education, Fort Gordon, City of Grovetown, City of Harlem, and the development community. 

Review and input will be open from Monday, February 1st, 2021 through Sunday, February 28th, 2021. There are multiple ways to provide your thoughts and ask questions. You can download a copy of the plan and appendices, linked below, and send comments to vision2035@columbiacountyga.gov; comment online at ; or send written comments to:
